The Author

Yakov Feygin is an economic historian specializing in Russian history, the cold war, and the history of economic thought. He also knows a bunch of financial and economic theory. In his day job, he is the Associate Director of the Future of Capitalism Program at the Berggruen Institute in Los Angeles. Look out for his book incidentally, also titled Building a Ruin in winter 23/24.
